Establishing Online Account Access

As a first time user, you will need your Matthews Asian Funds account number and your Social Security number to establish online account access. Log in and select the Existing Shareholders link directly below the Login box to create your login ID and password.

 

Benefits of Online Registration

Once you are registered for online account access, you can view and manage your account online.* Log in here »

• View account holdings and balances
• View account details
• View transaction details
• Purchase shares of new Funds
• Purchase additional shares of Funds that you own
• Exchange shares between existing Funds in your account
• Electronically transfer funds from your bank account
• Establish a monthly Automatic Investment Plan
• Redeem shares and have proceeds mailed to you
• Open additional accounts
• Modify Distribution options
• Update your account information
• Update your e-Delivery preferences

To purchase shares electronically or have redemption proceeds transferred to your bank account, you must first establish electronic funds transfer using Automated Clearing House (ACH) procedures. To establish this option on your account complete the appropriate sections of the print or online application. You can also add banking instructions when making a purchase online or by completing the banking instructions form. To verify the bank information that is currently on file for your account, please call a shareholder services representative at 800.789.ASIA [2742] between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.

* The online account service is provided and maintained by PFPC, Inc., the transfer agent for Matthews Asian Funds. When you enroll for online account access, you are not establishing an account with, and you will not be a brokerage customer of, PFPC Distributors, Inc.

 

eDelivery

Sign up to receive your shareholder reports, prospectus updates, and quarterly statements via email.

By signing up for eDelivery, you will receive email notifications that shareholder documents are available for viewing online, with a link to those documents posted on the Matthews Asian Funds website. When you register for this service, you will no longer receive these documents by mail.

If you have already established online account access, simply select eDelivery from the Email/Account Admin menu at the top of the page. Log in now »

Note: This service is currently available only to shareholders who invest directly with Matthews Asian Funds. If you receive statements from a bank or brokerage firm, please contact your financial intermediary for information on their eDelivery services.
